SMAi Deluxe Bearing Speed Rope

The SMAI Cross Training Deluxe skip rope is constructed with a unique ball bearing handle design that allows for more speed and a smoother rotation. The 3m long rope (between handles) is made for optimal performance with a sleek and thin design that cuts through the air. With an original length of 3m this can be adjusted using the screws on the handles and then shortened permanently by cutting off the excess wire.
